Terms and Conditions for The Mellow Rocker 40% Off Sale: [last edited 1.5.24]

1. Eligibility: The 40% off sale is exclusively applicable to products within The Mellow Rocker collection. Only purchases made within the specified time frame outlined below are eligible for the discount.

2. Sale Period: The sale will commence on Thursday, 2nd May at 9:00 AM AEDT and will conclude on Sunday, 5th May at 11:59 PM AEDT. Orders placed outside of this time frame will not qualify for the discount.

3. Discount Application: The 40% discount will be automatically applied to eligible items once they are added to the cart, reducing the price to $599.40. No additional discount codes, including those provided for first orders, can be used in conjunction with this offer.

4. Delivery: The discounted price does not include delivery charges, which will be applied separately at checkout.

5. Refund and Price Match Policy: Customers who have already purchased and received The Mellow Rocker prior to the sale are not eligible for a refund, price match, or any additional discount. If a customer has placed an order for The Mellow Rocker but has not yet received it and wishes to take advantage of the sale, they must cancel their existing order and place a new one during the sale period. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and reflect back on the original method of payment.

6. Product Availability: Due to the anticipated high volume of sales during the promotion period, we cannot guarantee product availability for repurchase after a previous order has been canceled. Customers are advised to act promptly to secure their desired item during the sale.

7. Dispatch Delays: Customers are advised to anticipate slight delays in order dispatch due to the high volume of orders received during the sale period.

8. Sale Extension: No extensions or exceptions will be granted once the sale period has ended. All purchases made after the specified end time will be charged at the regular price.
